SUMMARY:

There are not enough words to describe John’s contagious laughter, his precious grin, his bear hugs. This perpetual love for others encouraged unity and brought people closer together.

So much could be said about the man and soldier he became, but the most prevalent part of his soul was how much he loved  his mama and adored his siblings. There was nothing he wouldn’t do for the ones he loved. 

It was commonly said about John that he would only listen to Jesus and his mama. He only wanted to come home to his family. And that they couldn't have asked for a better Soldier to be by their side.
