Summary:

Michael grew up in Utah, Washington State, and South Dakota. He graduated with honors from Custer High School.

As a true patriot, Michael loved American history and our country's flag, graduating with honors from Northern Arizona University (NAU) with a Bachelor's Degree in US History.

Michael had a great passion for all things soccer and began playing at a very young age. He progressed as a player from youth leagues, to club teams and varsity soccer at Custer High School, to playing on the South Dakota Olympic Development Program team. He received scholarship offers from a number of colleges. Michael also pursued becoming a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) certified referee. He began by refereeing at the recreational, club, and high school levels and progressed to refereeing at the university and Professional Developmental Leagues level. He was working on attaining his USSF Level 6 certification.

Michael also really enjoyed Numismatics and collecting old coins. Every pay period he would cash out a number of two dollar bills so he could buy small items or tip with them just to see people react with gleeful surprise.

Michael Stewart Erich Leinbach served as a Military Police Investigator under the 252nd Military Police Detachment Team. He also previously served as a member of the Drug Suppression Team with the 24th Military Police Detachment (CID).

Michael loved serving his country and his flag and did so with tremendous honor and pride.

Michael was an honorable person, true to his code of ethics. He was also genuine and kind-hearted, striving to put love into action for everyone he met.
