Summary:

Chaplain Goetz was a member of the 4th Infantry Division out of Fort Carson, Colorado. He was a Baptist Minister. A humble, caring person, though he was firm in his own beliefs, he strove to understand others and learn from them.

He was the first Army chaplain to die in combat since Vietnam.

2000 - Completed his Master of Divinity at Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Minneapolis
