Summary:

Jeffrey was a PO2 boat captain on the Mark V in SWCC special forces in the Navy.

He was extremely patient, kind, and loved to play his guitar and ride his motorcycle. He was a quiet man who loved to read and watch cartoons with his kids, as well as work on cars, play video games, and go to church.

Jeffrey enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1992 and served as an Aviation Support Equipment Technician Third Class Petty Officer until 1996.

He was stationed on board the USS Duluth in San Diego, Calif., where he received an honorable discharge.

Jeffrey reported to Special Boat Unit Twelve in 2002, graduated from Special Warfare Combat-Craft Crewman (SWCC) School in 2003, and was assigned to the renamed Special Boat Team Twelve.

At the time of his death, he was serving as a boat captain for the MK V Special Operations Craft.

Life Achievements/ Recognitions:

Jeffrey completed two consecutive deployments in support of the Global War on Terror.

His awards include the Meritorious Service Medal and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and numerous other awards.
